A few weeks ago, I renewed my PAG-IBIG Salary loan. I still have an existing loan from PAG-IBIG but you can renew your loan as long as there is already a payment of atleast 6 months. The balance will be deducted to the the new loan that you will be getting.
2. Two photocopied Identification Cards with 3 signatures.
3. Copy of 1 month payslip.
4. Photocopy of your previous cash card. (Be sure to memorize your PIN)
If you are ready on all the requirements, plan on what PAG-IBIG branch you'll go to. Go to the branch nearest to your workplace as they'll release your loan for 5 working days only. One of my colleague at work decided to renew her PAG-IBIG loan nearest to her house and it take her for almost a month to received her loan.
Now, here's the tip. If they provide you a Landbank cash card, you can download the Landbank app to check for your loan on your smartphone. Usually, they will send you a text message that your loan is now credited to your cash card but checking on the app is much easier and faster. I checked mine on the app first before receiving their text.
2. Click on Cash Card.
3. Register by filling out the Cash Card no. & the Cash Card PIN.
And that's it! Wait for exactly 5 working days and you'll be able to view your loan on your Landbank app.
