How to avail your PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus?
Requirements:
- Line up early at the PAG-IBIG Branch near you.
- Prepare your PAG-IBIG MID No.
- Fillout PAG-IBIG form (HQP-PFF-108).
- Photocopy of 1 valid govt ID.
- Pay P125 pesos.
- Claim your PAG-IBIG Loyalty Card on the day itself.

- Up to 50% discount on medicines.
- Up to 30% discount on tuition fee with partner schools.
- Discounts and rewards from partner establishments.
The above process is for voluntary members. If you are employed, Employers may schedule the Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus enrolment of their employees, at the convenience of their business locations.
